ELYSEE timepieces continue to be manufactured in Germany, in keeping with a rich tradition and company history.
How long has ELYSEE been manufacturing watches?
ELYSEE watches were first produced in 1920, by a watchmaker named Jaques Beaufort, in a small town near Bémont. In 1960, the name was registered once more in Pforzheim, and the watch manufacturing company went international.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 Day Return Policy. You will have a full 30 days to return your new, unworn watch in the original packaging, for any reason, with no restocking fees.

Standard orders within the US ship free. For expedited and two-day shipping or international orders, additional charges apply.

Who are your shipping carriers?
We ship via UPS for domestic orders and either UPS or USPS for international orders.
How fast will my watch ship after I order it online?
Orders ship within 1-2 days.
How should I care for my ELYSEE watch to keep it in the best condition?
We recommend that you clean the watch’s exterior regularly with a fine cloth. Stainless steel bracelets should be cleaned with water and soap to maintain shine. Please note that our watch straps are made from 100% genuine leather, which should not be exposed to water.
Do ELYSEE watches come with a warranty?
Each watch is guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase, and is accompanied by a valid warranty card. The 24 Month Warranty covers any defects in workmanship (the watch’s mechanism/movement), which will be repaired free of charge.
