The quality of an ELYSEE timepiece is governed by the strict requirements of traditional retailing. Because we are large enough to ensure a high level of performance and small enough to respond to requests immediately and flexibly, ELYSEE has managed to become a competent and reliable partner for retailers. ELYSEE watches are sold exclusively through authorized dealers, with whom we work closely to keep well-informed about our products, and have a two-year warranty from date of purchase.
Please be sure to read the guarantee and warranty conditions/instructions listed on the back of the warranty card.

Watch Care:

To keep your ELYSEE watch in its best possible condition, please clean its exterior regularly with a fine cloth. Clean the stainless steel bracelets from time to time with water and some soap to keep up the shine.
Please remember that we only use genuine leather for our straps and that these are only partially suitable for contact with water.

24 MONTHS WARRANTY FROM DATE OF PURCHASE

All ELYSEE watches are equipped with a valid guarantee card. If you come across a defect in the WORKMANSHIP (mechanism/movement) within two years from the date of purchase, please contact our after-sales warranty service department and the watch will be repaired free of charge.


Please note, however, that the warranty does not include the following points:

• Damage post-warranty
• Damage caused by improper handling, improper repair or alteration
• Damage caused by fire or other natural disasters
• Failure to produce or complete a warranty card
• Damage to crystal, strap, case, or battery (quartz)

Please also note the following points

• For quartz watches, the first battery has been used in the production operation, so the life of the battery may be shorter than indicated in the manual.
• ELYSEE-Automatic movements are suitable for sports, but are not damage-proof to strong impacts or shock when load is suspended.
